Flexography Optimization & Sticker Project
This project examined how anilox volume (BCM), line screen (LPI), and substrate choice affect dot gain and print quality. I first established a one-color baseline, then applied the findings to a two-color sticker with controlled registration and color optimization.
Part 1: Learning the process
The first print established the basic flexographic workflow: plate creation, plate mounting, press setup, and press operation. It provided a baseline before moving to a multi-color design.
Part 2: Two-Color Print
The second print applied the process to a multi-color sticker. Precise registration and color-optimization tests helped balance technical accuracy with the finished design.
